Pot of gold for as little as 46 cents

 





Build good will and get referrals through back door marketing.

If you are like me you are always looking for ways to promote your business and add good will at the same time and if you can do it for 46 cent postage then it’s really a win. Sometimes it can even be done by email. 

This is a slow but very effective way to build customer loyalty and market through the back door very effectively.

If your business deals with home owner associations and property managers this will be very solid tool for getting referrals from the home owner and the home owners associations.

Let me explain , My company provides  painting , pressure cleaning and roof cleaning  I get calls from  home owners all the time telling me that they got that proverbial letter that says they need to clean up their property within the next 30 days or they will be fined .

This little good will ploy also helps   to seal the deal to get the work .
  
When I meet with the home owner I always ask if they have a copy of the letter they received from the HOA  or the property management company.

 Because our company policy is that we always take before and after pictures of the work performed and will send them along  with a letter to the HOA stating the work was performed according to  their request.

And that’s exactly what we do ,we also send a copy to the home owner  also.

This does  3 things  to make you a hero
1.Takes the burden off the home owner to respond  to the letter.
2. The HOA gets the letter of compliance with pictures  you saved some on a trip for follow up
3. Now you have 2 people that will refer you because you set yourself apart from just another contractor.

You don't have to spend a fortune to  promote your business .
Look for little  ways to set your self apart from your competition and some day you will look back and your competition will be a couple miles behind.
